Beta-Alanine can increase power and strength by increasing Carnosine in the blood stream. It will boost aerobic performance and give you more energy and stamina to get through your workout or sporting activity. Beta-Alanine will help you to push through the last sets and reps of your workout or the last 10 minutes of your game, marathon or cycling race. The extra boost of energy will help you to last that little bit longer.
Beta-Alanine comes in powder form so is easy to mix in with your protein shake or on its own. It is recommended to take 1 teaspoon before exercise and another 2 teaspoons after exercise.
