Customer Satisfaction Policy

At Supplement Planet, we only sell products that we are convinced about the quality and the value/price. As we are all sport enthusiasts, we are trying almost every product that is out there, and hand picking them for you.

Over 800 products and 45 brands are stocked at Supplement Planet available for same day dispatching. Supplement Planet provides a brief product description, available flavours, directions to use and supplement ingredients information for all products listed on the website. Our order fulfillment procedure is based on the list below;

  • Accurate product descriptions collected/written/edited to providing the most relevant information to help customer's decision. 
  • Rapid customer communication is established. We send an automated order confirmation e-mail upon receiving your order. Order dispatch e-mail is sent with relevant tracking information of your parcel. In case of any order related problems (see below), we also contact the customer A.S.A.P.
  • First in comes first out (FIFO) is applied to avoid any dispatching queue's. 
  • Co-operation with Multiple Logistics companies. We work with Australia Post and Fastway to provide a short delivery time with low prices.
  • After sales communication is available to receive feedback from our valued customers to improve our service quality.

Common Customer Inquiries:

  1. Some products might not available for a certain period of time. These products are listed as backordered and they will be available for advanced ordering. The extra delivery time will be stated on product pages. 
  2. If items are out of stock for an indefinite time, they will not be available for advanced ordering. You can contact our staff by e-mail or by phone to be notified when the product is available again.
  3. Same day dispatching is only available for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders that are placed after 12:00 might still be dispatched the same day, however, evening delivery is determined on the daily order volume therefore are not guaranteed.
  4. Some items maybe listed in stock, however, are might be of stock for any reason such as short expiry or damaged packaging.. Incase this happens, our staff will contact you within 24 hours after you've placed your order, informing you about the estimated delay of your delivery, as well as availability of similar products (different flavours, sizes or -if any- similar products).
  5. Full refund is only available for items that are not dispatched. If an item has been shipped, Supplement Planet would only accept return items that are in brand new condition (items can not be used, or the product sealing can not be opened).
  6. If you not satisfied with a product for any manufacturing related reason, we will replace it free of charge.
