Orders are shipped from Hornsby (Sydney) NSW 2077, Australia.

ORDERING & DELIVERY DETAILS

When placing an order with Supplement Planet, the following steps are taken as a standard proceedure to ensure your order is delivered fast and securely.

1.As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation that it has been received and will be looked at ASAP. Please remember to note any special delivery instructions on our checkout when placing your order.

2. As soon as your goods are packed and shipped, generally the next day, a second email will be sent along with your shipping tracking ID and Tracking weblink. Use this to track your parcel all the way to your door. The majority of orders are delivered within 3 to 5 days if in NSW Metro, so you may not need to check your tracking as it will be delivered before any update.

3. Orders are packaged in boxes or satchels with padding to prevent any possible damage.

4. Orders are delivered through road and air freight depending on the option you use. Standard delivery times are 1 to 2 days NSW Metro and 2+ days Australia wide if sent using Australia Post. Please allow a little more time if your delivery address is regional. Delivery times are calculated after the item is shipped, not from the order date.

5. We require a signature on arrival of your package, this is for your security. Please provide an address that someone will be home to receive the delivery. In the event no one is available to receive delivery, a card shall be left advising the package is collectable at the nearest Courier or Australia Post depot. If no contact is made it is then returned to us. We will contact you and try to deliver it again however there will be an additional freight free.

6. Parcel tracking is available by visiting http://www.ausposttracking.com.au/ and entering the tracking ID we will provide on your SHIPPED email notification. Or give us a call and we'll sort you out on the phone.

7. If you prefer for your delivery to be left without a signature, please notify us on the notes during checkout and select the appropriate shipping option. Supplement Planet shall however assume no responsibility for any lost or missing deliveries in this situation.

8. If you would like to make a claim relating to your order. We accept reasons of, shipping damage and/or wrong items sent. Please contact Supplement Planet within 24 hours. The reason for this is that Australia post require claims to be filed within 24 hours of delivery. If you notify us outside of this period we will be unable to claim for the damage of your delivery. After your claim, we will promptly redeliver your goods again at no charge or provide a refund as long as the items are returned in full at our expense. If we find there is no problem with the items returned, i.e. no damage and/or correct items sent, we can return the items at your shipping cost only.

9. Please understand there are no refunds on items which have been tampered with or you have a change of mind. Please see point 8 for details on exceptional returns and refunds.
